When you request an audit or quote we may collect your name, email, phone, property name, public Airbnb/Booking/Expedia/website URL, selected services, indicative quote and notes you submit.

We use the data to analyse the property, prepare and verify the requested quote, contact you and manage pre-contractual or contractual activities. We do not use quote-request data for unsolicited promotional messages.
4. Legal basis and retention
Processing necessary to answer your request is based on pre-contractual measures requested by you. Data is kept as long as necessary to manage the request and meet legal or administrative obligations.
5. Providers and third parties
Technical providers may process data for hosting, database and communications. WhatsApp and external websites are third-party services subject to their own privacy notices.

The AI assistant provides information about the offer and can voluntarily qualify a commercial enquiry. The automatic audit may analyse publicly available information related to the URL supplied. Automated responses can contain inaccuracies and are not a final professional assessment; every commercial proposal remains subject to human verification.
10. AI chat messages
Messages sent to the AI assistant are stored with a temporary conversation identifier so the service can reply and maintain the conversation. If you explicitly ask to create a commercial request, the qualifying details you provide can also be saved in the CRM.
